Naomh Colmcille CLG – Donegal

Stephen Gallagher posted 0-8 from wing forward and was his side’s top scorer while Dolan struck two of the goals from wing back and midfielder PJ McBrearty netted the other goal.

Naomh Colmcille brought the curtain down on their league season with a win over Robert Emmets, at Pairc Colmcille, on Saturday evening.

Stephen Gallagher and Kevin Dolan were in fine form for the locals in what was their first win of the season.

Gallagher posted 0-8 from wing forward and was his side’s top scorer while Dolan struck two of the goals from wing back and midfielder PJ McBrearty netted the other goal.

This tie between the two bottom sides was evenly contested with the locals just about shading it.

Daniel Foy capped a good performance with a goal and seven points from the middle of the field for Robert Emmets. Ciaran Dalton and Kevin McColgan scored the other two goals for the men from Emmet Pairc.
