| The club hosted the Under 10 blitz on Saturday and the event was a great success. Thankfully the weather was much better than last year, with some great football being played by all the teams in the bright sunshine. The A team won both their matches, beating Letterkenny Gaels and Glenfin with excellent performances all round. The B team competed well and were unlucky to narrowly lose their games, but played extremely well and will hope to register a win next week. Many thanks to everyone who came down to support the players and to those who made sandwiches and helped out on the day. Also, many thanks to the visting teams: Letterkenny Gaels, Convoy, Glenfin and St Eunan’s. The Under 10s travel to St Eunan’s for next week’s blitz. The team bus will leave Pairc Cholmcille at 10:00. Parents are urged to come along to support the teams. |
